Observational documentary following patients through cosmetic surgery procedures. The opening titles show a computer generated woman morphing from pre-op to post-op, then becoming real. The music does the same. To begin with the vocals are heavily processed to make them sound artificial, when we see the real woman, we hear unprocessed vocals.
